🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional to drive growth in the AYUSH/Herbal, Nutraceutical & Pharma B2B segment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand B2B client network
• Identify new business opportunities & strategic partnerships
• Drive sales growth in herbal extracts & nutraceuticals
• Manage key accounts & long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with R&D, Production & Regulatory teams
• Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
✅ Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in Herbal / Nutraceutical / Ayurveda / Pharma industry
• Experience in B2B sales or ingredient business
• Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
• Understanding of market trends & product positioning
• Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset
