Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for Grayt Brand under the Make in India Initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence across IT Consumer and Enterprise product categories, including TVs, Laptops, IFPs, Servers, Networking Products, CCTV Cameras, and related hardware solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT Consumer & Enterprise products.
  • Execute effective lead generation, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to maximize market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Expand retail, channel partner, and new customer (new logo) acquisitions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
  • Travel as required to meet customers and partners.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Hardware (Laptops, Hard Disks, TVs, IFPs, Servers, Networking, CCTV, etc.) or similar industry.
  • Experience as Branch Manager / Regional Manager / BDM / Sales Manager preferred.
  • Strong skills in:

  • Lead generation & client acquisition
  • Negotiation & closing
  • Marketing planning & promotions
  • Client relationship management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets independently.
  • Ability to develop retail channels and partner networks.
  • Field sales experience is mandatory; willingness to travel is essential.
