Business Development Manager - Staffing & Projects:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in selling to SMB founders and CEOs in the India market. The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, demonstrates end-to-end sales excellence, and is eager to expand their portfolio for a high-impact Being a highly responsible position, you will be required periodically to work extended hours. This position will have a fixed salary and commission as an incentive. There is an excellent growth opportunity for candidates to prove themselves and grow into a Leadership role in a few years!


This role is a stepping stone for becoming a P&L leader for Staffing & Projects- India Outnovate


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within GCCs to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research.


Consultative Selling and Pitching:

  • Understand the unique needs of GCCs and present customized staffing and project solutions.
  • Deliver impactful sales pitches to senior leadership and decision-makers.


Proposal Development and Negotiations:

  • Create detailed, client-focused proposals tailored to meet GCC requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable contracts for both parties.


Account Management and Growth:

  • Build long-term relationships with GCC clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.


Closing Deals and Client Success:

  • Drive deals to successful closure, ensuring a seamless transition to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with operations to guarantee client satisfaction and service excellence.


Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and GCC-specific challenges.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular sales reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of core B2B sales experience, with a focus on staffing services and projects.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to GCCs or similar enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
  • MBA mandatory.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication and Business Development Skills
  • Prior experience working with technology-focused products or service or diverse industries
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and targeted outreach techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Track Record of success
