Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital & Static Signage Solutions

Location: Bangalore (with travel across South India & PAN India)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–7 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

➡️About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead Arham’s Digital & Static Signage Solutions vertical. This role is all about driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth project closures across retail, corporate, real estate, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. You will act as the face of Arham’s signage strategy, managing everything from client demos and proposals to final deal closures — while also preparing yourself for a future Product Manager role in this vertical.


➡️Key Responsibilities :


1.Sales & Market Development

1.1. Identify signage opportunities across industries like retail, offices, schools, hospitals, and hotels.

1.2. Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate decision-makers.

1.3. Travel 10–15 days/month across Karnataka and South India for client visits and site inspections.


2.Client Engagement & Pitches

2.1. Deliver demos, presentations, and customized proposals.

2.2. Suggest signage placements and solutions during site walkthroughs.

2.3. Support clients in visualizing end-to-end signage solutions.


3.Deal Ownership

3.1. Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry → quote → negotiation → approval → handover.

3.2. Drive profitable deals and push renewals, AMC contracts, and add-on services.

3.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.


4.Cross-Sell & Collaboration

4.1. Bundle signage with LED walls, branding, and creative design solutions.

4.2. Work closely with Creative, AV, and Project teams for proposals and delivery.


5.Reporting & Pipeline Management

5.1. Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts.

5.2. Share client insights, market trends, and product feedback with leadership.


➡️Qualifications & Skills :

  1. 4–7 years of B2B sales experience in signage, AV, branding, or related solutions.
  2. Proven track record of closing projects in sectors like retail, real estate, healthcare, or hospitality.
  3. Fluent in English and Kannada (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi is a plus).
  4. Based in Bangalore and open to frequent travel.
  5. Proficient with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and proposal documentation.


➡️Compensation :

  1. ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  2. Incentives: Based on product sales after minimum targets
  3. Benefits: ESIC & PF after 3 months probation
  4. Workdays: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
  5. Site: On-Site with frequent travel across Karnataka and South India
