Job Description

Franchise United is hiring for a Sales Manager to generate leads, follow sales processes, work on strategic initiatives with Sr. VP or Managing Director of Franchise Development. The Manager will also pitch products, explain why , and create meetings with senior management. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating an impact for multiple different cities Franchise Partners, have excellent communication and presentation skills, build brand awareness, provide tools to assist in achieving goals, and must coordinate with vendors for pricing negotiation. Responsibilities Generate leads via cold calls Manage the sales process with prospective franchisees Work with Sr. VP or Managing Director of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives to achieve goals Pitch products and arrange virtual meetings with senior management Create impact for multiple cities Franchise Partners Build brand awareness Provide tools to assist in achieving goals Coordinate with vendors for pricing negotiation Manage audits and effective consumption of products Coordinate with Human resources for staff hiring and retention Complete projects on time and liaise with owners Requirements Proficient in English and basic knowledge of Franchise. Good business network, CRM, and Dialers Good knowledge of client acquisition and negotiation skills Strong understanding of franchisee business sales and operations Desire to be rich and famous Ability to speak multiple languages Experience with proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales, Business Development Manager or Operations Manager in similar working areas Able to attend trade shows and conduct market visits with prospects as necessary Proven discipline and competitive spirit Skills: sales,marketing,strategic planning,business development,networking,negotiation,leadership,communication,presentation,project management,analytical,crm,market research,financial analysis,time management,product knowledge,microsoft office,excel,powerpoint,creativity Employer-provided
