Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in hard‑core sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and enterprise deal closure. The ideal candidate will have exposure to international markets and a strong understanding of ERP solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, demos, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across domestic and international markets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Develop strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of hard‑core sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and enterprise deal closure.
  • International sales exposure (preferred: US, UK, Middle East, APAC).
  • Prior experience in ERP solutions (SYSPRO, Cetec, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • ERP domain knowledge and consultative selling experience.
