Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:  Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.  Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.  Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.  Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.  Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Requirements:  Proven experience (3–7 years minimum) in business development, sales, or a similar role.  Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation skills, and closing techniques.  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.  Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.  Willingness to travel as required.
