About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can effectively communicate, build trust, and convert potential leads into enrolled students. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the company’s courses and possess excellent convincing abilities to guide clients toward the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and explain all courses and services offered by the company

Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and professionals

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and meetings

Meet and exceed monthly admission/target goals

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently

Good understanding of sales and customer behavior

Quick learner with the ability to grasp company offerings

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred)

Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development is a plus

Additional Information:

Candidates must be willing to sign a 1-year service agreement

Training will be provided on courses and sales process
