Business Development & Sales

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, retail, FMCG, events, and marketing sectors
• Acquire new clients for digital printing, packaging, signage, and branding solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand client printing and branding requirements and propose customized solutions
• Handle negotiations, quotations, and contract finalization

Market & Revenue Growth

• Explore new markets such as corporate gifting, packaging, and signage projects
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Work closely with production and design teams for project execution

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with operations and production teams for delivery timelines
• Maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
