Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C channels. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and direct field engagement to expand the company's footprint in the interior design and fit-out market.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and site visits to generate leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, and homeowners.
  • Present company profile, services, and proposals to potential clients and negotiate effectively to secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure accurate proposals and project handovers.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and update CRM records.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and events to promote brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage both field and office-based sales activities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the city or region as required.
