Manager for Varshini’s Kitchen


📍 Banashankari 2nd Stage.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000/month (depending on experience)

🕐 Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About Us:


Varshini’s Kitchen is a leading culinary school and kitchen studio in Bengaluru, offering hands-on cooking and baking classes, workshops, and business-oriented culinary training. Restaurant Guru+3YouTube+3instagram.com+3 We are growing our operations and looking for a dynamic Manager to lead our kitchen studio operations and growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen studio and class/workshop schedules.
  • Manage staff (instructors, assistants, support staff) – hiring, training, performance.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
  • Drive business growth: marketing of new classes/workshops, student admissions, outreach, lead conversion.
  • Manage inventory: ingredients, baking/cooking equipment, supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor financials: budgets, class fees, expenses, revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Handle customer/student feedback, resolve issues and ensure excellent experience.
  • Collaborate with the owner/founder on strategy, expansion (e.g., new courses, partnerships) and implement improvements.


Requirements:


  • Education: Graduate (Hospitality / Business Management or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a culinary school, kitchen operations, hospitality or related business management role


  • Skills:


  • Strong leadership & team management skills
  • Excellent marketing and business development mindset
  • Operational acumen: inventory, budgeting, scheduling
  • Good communication: in English, Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage
  • Comfortable with social media, digital marketing and admissions processes
