Business Development Representative

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team at Doqfy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Research and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and networking
• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and client information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Requirements3 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹2,00,000 annually based on revenue contribution
