Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates preferably females to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers, or women re-entering the workforce. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify and onboard new clients for trading and investment services.
• Sales & Promotion:
• Promote stock trading accounts, demat accounts, and other financial products offered by the company.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure consistent and active trading.
• Advisory Support:
• Provide clients with market insights, updates, and basic investment advice in line with company guidelines.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets related to account openings, revenue generation, and client activity.
• Customer Onboarding:
• Assist clients through the onboarding process including KYC, documentation, and platform setup.
• Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance and other investment products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Women candidates (preferably) with 0 to 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil is preferred
• Basic computer or Smartphone knowledge
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Any graduate (BCom, BA, BBA, BSc, etc.)/or under graduates.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Sunday Off
