Job Description
Business Development Associate: Salary 35K plus performance incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, hospitals, senior living communities, HR teams, etc.), cold calling, and moving prospects through the sales funnel to closing.
• Understand client challenges and propose customized caregiving and support solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Cultivating lasting relationships with new clients and partners to foster trust and repeat business.
• Researching market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to expand the business's reach. Bring in innovative ideas to expand services and improve client engagement
• Working with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to align product strategy with client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enterprise clients
• Leading contract negotiations and handling objections to secure deals.
Required Qualifications
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field
(OR equivalent experience in sales/business development)
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or partnerships
• Experience in healthcare, services, or startup environments is a plus
Required Skills
• Excellent presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and building professional networks.
• Ability to see the "big picture" and set goals for development.
• Experience in negotiation, lead generation, closing leads, and CRM tools.
• Understanding the specific market and products to effectively advise clients.
• Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
