The platform combines an advanced voice AI stack, real-time conversation and ML based predictive analytics to drive higher-quality leads and more accurate sales outcomes.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who will drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects. This role combines outbound sales development with hands-on marketing execution, making it ideal for someone who wants exposure to both revenue and growth functions in a SaaS startup.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales / Business Development

  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM.
  • Follow structured sales cadences and continuously optimize conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on market and customer insights.

Marketing / Demand Generation

  • Support content creation for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid channels.
  • Assist in managing marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Track campaign performance and report on lead quality and funnel metrics.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfort with cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, B2B sales funnels, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze funnel and campaign metrics.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • What You’ll GainEnd-to-end exposure to SaaS go-to-market: lead generation → qualification → pipeline → revenue.
  • Hands-on experience in outbound sales, content execution, and demand generation.
  • A strong foundation to grow into roles such as Account Executive, Growth Manager, or Product Marketing Manager.
  • Experience0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or a related role (internships/projects included).
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and basic digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, email outreach, content writing, or running campaigns is preferred.
  • Soft SkillsStrong communication and storytelling ability.
