Job Description
Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality espresso beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, pour-overs, and cold brews
- Prepare and assemble fresh café food items (sandwiches, bagels, salads, pastries, snacks)
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Take orders and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café
- Assist with stocking, inventory monitoring, and daily opening/closing duties
- Can follow recipes for cafe products and make them according to the company standards
- Handle Online orders (Swiggy Zomato) and ensure smooth delivery as per the defined process.
