Job Summary


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice to handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide timely and accurate information regarding our financial products and services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer queries related to loans, repayments, account details, and services
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner
  • Maintain call records, customer details, and interaction logs in the system
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Meet daily/weekly call and quality targets
