The Candidate will create CRM strategies and use data to maximize customer engagement and loyalty. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of CRM tools, customer segmentation, and effective communication techniques.

Create and implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention. 

Create segmented and customized communications by analyzing consumer data and behavior.

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 

Collaborate with marketing, transaction Executive teams to align CRM efforts with business goals. 

Monitor and report on, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Keep up on new developments, technologies, and best practices in CRM. 

To improve the customer experience, properly respond to questions, comments, and grievances from customers. 

Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and securely handle client information.
