Amazon Account Manager / E-commerce Account ManagerCompany Name:Simpligo Global Services

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who will manage end-to-end Amazon seller accounts, optimize listings, improve sales performance, and ensure account health. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and strong client-handling skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts (India / Global)
  • Handle product listing, catalog management & optimization
  • Monitor account health metrics (ODR, policy compliance, suppression issues)
  • Coordinate FBA / FBM operations
  • Manage Amazon Ads (PPC) campaigns or coordinate with ads team
  • Handle case logs & Amazon support tickets
  • Track sales, reports, and performance analytics
  • Manage pricing, inventory & promotions
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
  • Provide regular updates & reports to clients
  • Upsell additional services when required
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with listing creation, variations & flat files
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ Content & Brand Registry
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands)
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Client coordination & problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience Required:1–3 years experience in Amazon account management
  • Experience with SPN agencies is preferred
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience managing multiple seller accounts
  • Knowledge of Flipkart / Meesho / Myntra is a plus
  • Ability to handle pressure & deadlines
  • Result-oriented & process-driven mindset
