Call Centre BPO Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to manage new client onboarding for Amazon & e-commerce services. The candidate will ensure smooth account setup, documentation, and initial activation of seller accounts.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end onboarding of new clients
• Assist clients in Amazon Seller Account setup
• Collect and verify documents (GST, PAN, Bank details, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Listing, Ads, Account Management)
• Guide clients through onboarding steps via call/WhatsApp/email
• Ensure timely activation of accounts
• Maintain onboarding data in CRM or Excel
• Resolve initial client queries
• 🧠 Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic Excel knowledge
• 🎓 Qualification:Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience in e-commerce / onboarding / customer support is a plus
• 💼 Experience:0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
• 💰 Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
