• 💰 Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on language and experience)

Candidates must have good speaking and understanding ability in the required languages.

• 🧑‍💻 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls related to OPPO products and services.
• Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, warranty, and service centers.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper issue resolution.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.
