Catalog Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketplace Catalog Management Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate catalog creation, improve listing visibility, and drive higher conversion rates through continuous optimization.

This role requires strong marketplace understanding, content accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Catalog Creation & Upload Create and manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, etc.

• Upload new SKUs with complete and accurate product information.
• Ensure all mandatory attributes are filled as per platform guidelines.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for images and A+ content.

🔹 Listing optimization titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

• Improve product discoverability through SEO best practices.
• Monitor keyword ranking and update listings regularly.
• Manage A+ content/brand store updates (if applicable).

🔹 Catalog Hygiene & Compliance Regularly audit listings for errors, suppressed SKUs, or compliance issues.

• Fix listing errors related to attributes, variations, category mapping, etc.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketplaces.

🔹 Performance Monitoring: Track listing performance (CTR, conversion rate, keyword ranking).

• Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the ads team for keyword insights and optimization.

🔹 Marketplace Coordination Raise cases with marketplace support when required.

• Manage category approvals and brand registry processes.
• Handle listing merges, variation updates, and catalog corrections.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics.
