Catalogue Manager – Aggregator Business

Job Summary: The Catalogue Manager will be responsible for managing product catalogues, inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and pricing strategies across aggregator and digital platforms. The role focuses on ensuring catalogue quality, optimizing availability, driving performance through data analysis, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate product catalogues, including new product launches, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, SEO tags, and availability across platforms.
• Monitor real-time pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment using merchant dashboards, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product availability and negotiate pricing, promotions, and deals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor queries, issue resolution, and commercial coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, and sales teams to improve platform visibility and customer experience.
• Track catalogue KPIs including sales, margins, stock levels, and vendor performance.
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance and category reports for management.
