Job Description – CCTV Auditor

Position: CCTV Auditor

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Location: HO / Multiple Outlets

Experience: 1–3 years (Retail / F&B preferred)

Role ObjectiveTo monitor outlet operations through CCTV surveillance and ensure 100% compliance with India Sweet House SOPs, hygiene standards, cash handling procedures, and staff discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCCTV Monitoring & AuditMonitor live and recorded CCTV footage of India Sweet House outlets
• Track staff grooming, uniform, hygiene, and behavior as per SOP
• Observe opening & closing procedures, attendance, and shift discipline
• Identify cash handling issues, billing irregularities, and pilferage
• Monitor production, packing, dispatch, and counter operations
• Compliance & ReportingPrepare daily / weekly audit reports with clear observations
• Share photo/video evidence for deviations (when required)
• Highlight repeat issues outlet-wise and staff-wise
• Escalate critical issues immediately to Operations / HR / Management
• CoordinationCoordinate with Outlet Managers, Cluster Managers, HR & Operations
• Follow up on corrective actions taken after audit feedback
• Support internal audits and surprise checks
• Standards & SOP Focus AreasStaff grooming & hygiene compliance
• Food safety & cleanliness practices
• Cash counter discipline & billing accuracy
• Attendance, breaks & staff movement
• Stock handling, wastage, and pilferage control
• Customer handling and service behavior
• Skills & RequirementsExperience in CCTV monitoring / retail audit / loss prevention
• Strong observation & attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, screenshots)
• Ability to work long hours / shifts if required
• Honest, confidential, and disciplined approach
• Preferred BackgroundRetail / Sweet shop / Bakery / QSR / Hotel industry
• Prior experience with multi-outlet operations
• Familiarity with SOP-based auditing
• Reporting ToAudit Head / Operations Manager
