CCTV Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and attentive CCTV Operator to monitor our store surveillance systems. The candidate will observe live and recorded CCTV footage from store opening to closing time, identify operational issues or staff mistakes, and report them to the concerned groups. The role also includes maintaining store timing records and login reports of Store Managers and Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras of all assigned stores during working hours
• Ensure stores open and close as per scheduled timings
• Track and maintain Store Manager and Area Manager login/logout times
• Identify staff mistakes, policy violations, or suspicious activities
• Record incidents with proper time stamps and store details
• Share daily reports and incident updates in official groups
• Maintain CCTV monitoring log sheets
• Report technical issues related to cameras immediately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good observation and attention to detail
• Ability to identify staff behavior issues and operational mistakes
• Knowledge of CCTV systems (preferred)
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good communication skills (WhatsApp/Email reporting)
• Ability to work with discipline and confidentiality
• Basic understanding of store operations

Skills to Identify Staff Mistakes:

Candidate should be able to detect:

• Late store opening or early closing
• Staff not in uniform or improper grooming
• Billing process violations
• Cash handling mistakes
• Idle behavior during peak hours
• Unauthorized persons inside store
• Mobile phone usage during duty
• Cleanliness and hygiene issues
• Safety violations

• Daily reporting without delay
• Accurate time tracking of stores
• Immediate escalation of serious issues
