Job Title: CCTV Operator – Load Verification & Issue Resolution

Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to handle surveillance operations specifically for cross-verification of loads and to investigate and resolve any issues identified at source points. The role involves monitoring and reviewing footage from multiple CCTV sources to ensure proper handling, loading, and movement of goods.

LOCATION : Nagasandra

CTC : 3 to 3.5 LPA

• Key Responsibilities:Monitor and review CCTV footage from all source locations related to loading/unloading of goods.
• Cross-check footage to verify load accuracy and ensure correct handling procedures are followed.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies or issues in the loading process using CCTV recordings.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and security teams to resolve problems based on CCTV findings.
• Maintain a systematic log of all incidents, issues, and video evidence for reporting and follow-up.
• Escalate any critical issues or suspicious activities to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Ensure that all CCTV systems are operational and report any technical issues immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all surveillance footage and data.
• Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in CCTV operations, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with load handling processes and surveillance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple video sources simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for coordination and reporting.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
• Basic knowledge of video management software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
