Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Promotional ActivitiesDesign and execute localized lead-generation initiatives through kiosks, banners, pamphlets, outdoor promotions, and community outreach programs
  • Plan and conduct seminars, career fairs, placement drives, and promotional events to attract prospective learners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and educational institutions
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team and external agencies to implement effective campaigns and deploy marketing collateral
  • 2. Partnerships & Stakeholder ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage Education Collaboration Agreements (ECA) and Education Outreach Networks (EON)
  • Ensure partner compliance, timely payouts, and fulfillment of enrollment and placement commitments
  • Develop long-term relationships with educational institutions, employers, and corporate partners to support sustainable growth
  • 3. Training Completion & Placement EnablementWork closely with learners to reduce dropouts and improve course completion rates
  • Counsel and motivate learners to pursue entry-level and fresher job opportunities
  • Engage with employers and organize placement drives to facilitate successful learner placements
  • 4. Center Operations & Team LeadershipOversee daily center operations in line with Monthly, Training, and Placement (MTP) processes
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales, counseling, and operations team
  • Set performance targets, monitor productivity, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Ensure a positive learning environment and consistently high customer satisfaction
  • Manage center infrastructure, safety, security, and overall maintenance
  • 5. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and analyze data related to leads, enrollments, training completion, and placements
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Use data insights to enhance operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales, marketing, and business development capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and manage institutional and corporate partnerships
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High customer focus with strong operational discipline
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in education, training, sales, or center operations
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, enrollment management, or partnership development
