Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center. The ideal candidate will be a postgraduate with relevant experience in team handling, retail operations, and the health & wellness industry. The candidate should be fluent in Kannada and English and capable of ensuring smooth end-to-end center management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the center
• Lead, train, and mentor the team to achieve performance goals
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure service excellence
• Prepare, review, and manage operational reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
• Drive business growth and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Handle overall administration and coordination of center activities

Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification (mandatory)
• Proven experience in managing a team and center operations
• Background in retail and/or health & wellness industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Kannada and English
• Ability to join immediately
