Channel Development Executive

Role Overview:

The Channel Partner Specialist will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and scaling channel partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship management, sales acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Onboarding Identify and onboard recruitment agencies, staffing firms, consultants, and other strategic partners.
• Develop a structured onboarding process to ensure quick activation.
• Train partners on Apna’s products, pricing, and value proposition.
• Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and escalations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize productivity.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts.
• Strategy & Expansion Develop channel growth strategies by region/segment.
• Analyze partner performance data and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools.
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth environments.
