*Job Summary:*

To provide real-time, accurate, and empathetic guidance to prospective students, parents, and counselors regarding the application and enrollment processes, ensuring a positive initial impression and efficient lead management through chat platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle incoming queries via website/live chat, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.

Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, schedules, fees, faculty, and institute policies.

Guide students through the admission or enrollment process when required.

Address student/parent concerns promptly and escalate to relevant departments if needed.

Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up as necessary.

Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to keep responses updated.

Ensure a courteous, clear, and student-focused communication tone.
