- Handle customer queries through chat and email support
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer issues
- Maintain high-quality written communication standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
- Adhere to process guidelines and SLAs
- Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Only Graduates with min 1 year of experience in customer service can apply
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Good grammar, sentence construction, and email etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
