Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer issues with a problem-solving approach
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Manage to understand in Hindi
- Good command of English (written & verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months Prior experience in chat process
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Good listening and comprehension skills
