Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via chat promptly and accurately
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication guidelines and quality standards
- Document customer interactions properly
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Male candidates preferred
- Prior experience in chat is Must
