Job Description
Malgudi Farms is looking for an experienced Chef to handle daily kitchen operations and prepare quality food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The role includes menu planning, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and managing kitchen inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals as per menu
- Maintain taste, quality, and hygiene standards
- Plan menus and manage raw materials
- Handle guests’ special food requests and events
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
