Chief of Staff – Sales & Marketing (Founder’s Office)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid | Office + Events)

RememBHer is a fragrance-free, essential-oil-based skincare brand built for sensitive skin and conscious families. We operate across D2C, retail stores, pop-ups, and collaborations, with a strong focus on clean formulations, community, and mindful growth.
We are looking for a Chief of Staff – Sales & Marketing who will work closely with the founder and take ownership of sales execution, partnerships, customer conversations, Google presence, and offline events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high ownership, real responsibility, and working directly with a founder in a growing brand.
🎯 Role Objective
To act as the founder’s right hand for sales and marketing execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, growth of retail and partnerships, strong customer feedback loops, and well-executed offline events.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
🛍 Sales, Retail & Partnerships
- Call customers regularly to:
- Collect feedback
- Understand product usage and experience
- Gather testimonials and reviews
- Identify and approach organic retail stores aligned with the brand
- Manage conversations with:
- Retail store owners
- Gifting solution brands
- Founders of complementary brands
- Explore and execute:
- Retail partnerships
- Gifting collaborations
- Cross-brand collaborations that align with RememBHer
- Track and follow up on sales conversations and opportunities
🎪 Offline Events & Pop-Ups (Mandatory)
- Handle 2 offline pop-up events per month (usually on weekends)
- Responsibilities include:
- Event research and coordination
- Inventory planning
- Stall setup and breakdown
- Sales and customer interaction during events
- Lead collection and feedback gathering
- Initially manage events alongside the founder, and gradually take full ownership independently
- Share post-event summaries covering:
- Sales
- Customer insights
- Learnings for future events
🌐 Marketing Execution & Google Presence
- Own and actively manage Google Business Profile:
- Regular posts and updates
- Photo uploads
- Responding to reviews and queries
- Proactively collect reviews from:
- Customers
- Event visitors
- Retail partners
- Ensure RememBHer maintains strong local visibility on Google
- Support basic website hygiene:
- Product updates
- Content coordination
- SEO-related updates (with guidance if needed)
🤝 Founder Support & Coordination
- Work closely with the founder on:
- Sales strategy execution
- Marketing priorities
- Partnerships and collaborations
- Coordinate between stores, events, partners, and customers
- Maintain trackers and updates so the founder has clear visibility without micromanagement
