Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to manage client communication, handle service requests, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - Handle client queries, requests, and day-to-day communication - Provide accurate information and timely support to clients - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships - Address and resolve client complaints professionally - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements - Track service delivery and follow up on pending actions - Maintain client records and documentation - Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards Required Skills & Competencies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Good organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients - Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
