Client Relationship Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle B2C sales calling and coordinate with clients for brand and e-commerce shoots. The role involves engaging with leads, explaining services, and converting inquiries into confirmed shoot bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound sales calls to B2C clients
• Explain about shoots and related services to clients
• Convince clients to visit the studio/office for discussions and shoots
• Follow up on leads and ensure no lead is wasted
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide end-to-end coordination
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper call logs, lead updates, and daily reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for shoot scheduling and client requirements

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills

Experience in B2C sales / tele calling / client handling

Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets

Interest or background in fashion, e-commerce, or media is an advantage
