Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to manage client interactions, handle service requests, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role involves acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to deliver efficient and timely services.

• Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Handle client queries, requests, and day-to-day communication
• Provide accurate information and timely support to clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Address and resolve client complaints professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
• Track service delivery and follow up on pending actions
• Maintain client records, communication logs, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

• Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or a related role
• Experience in an advertising, marketing, or service-based industry is an added advantage
