Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with building owners, maintaining property data, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal sales teams and property stakeholders.

A background in Journalism or Mass Communication will be preferred, as the role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners and property stakeholders
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with owners for property updates and availability
  • Maintain and update property database in CRM system
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams regarding inventory updates
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and basic compliance coordination
  • Ensure accurate communication of property details to internal teams
  • Address owner concerns and ensure high relationship retention
  • Support management with reporting and data management


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident personality with professional presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Preferred ProfileJournalism / Mass Communication background
  • Experience in CRM, client servicing, or real estate coordination
  • Presentable, articulate, and confident in owner-level interactions
