Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic candidate who enjoys speaking with people and wants to grow in the pharma & chemical industry.

You will handle online customer communication, product learning, quotations follow-up, supplier coordination and digital sales tasks.

No prior chemical knowledge required — Full training will be provided on:

• APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)

• Excipients

• Solvents

• Packaging & Specialty Chemicals

This role is ideal for someone who wants a long-term career in the chemical + digital commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with customers who inquire through Chemikart.com

• Share product information, requirements, pricing & supplier options

• Build relationships with customers and suppliers in the pharma ecosystem

• Maintain communication via phone, WhatsApp Business, email & CRM

• Convert inquiries into orders with proper coordination

• Send catalogues, quotations & track follow-ups

• Attend exhibitions / online B2B product training (company-supported)

Skills Required

• Good communication in English + Hindi (South Indian language is a bonus)

• Confidence in speaking with B2B customers

• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)

• Interest in learning chemicals, formulation basics, pharma industry trends
