Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:We are looking for a highly proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs, project briefs, expectations, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Production, Sales) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle client queries, feedback, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and monitor ongoing campaigns, events, or deliverables related to the client.
• Prepare and share reports, presentations, and updates with clients and management.
• Ensure client renewals, retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
• Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple clients simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Advertising / BTL / Event / Marketing / Branding industry will be an added advantage.
