Client Relationship Specialist

Role Overview 

The Client Relationship Specialist focuses on delivering highly personalized mentoring and one on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions, while also supporting enrolment goals through structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.

* Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.

* Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey.

* Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile.

* Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.

* Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support.

Qualifications & Skills 

* Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree (any discipline).

* 2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred).

* Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer service or counselling experience is an advantage.

* Knowledge of NEET UG/PG processes is a plus.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills.
