Client Service Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing brand activations, events, roadshows, retail marketing, and on-ground promotional campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute BTL marketing strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Manage and supervise on-ground activations, events, exhibitions, mall promotions, RWA activities, and product launches.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and performance reports for each campaign.
• Develop marketing collaterals, event concepts, and campaign proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitch presentations.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and activities.
• Manage field teams, promoters, and event staff for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare post-event reports and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, or event management.
• Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of on-ground marketing, promotions, and event logistics.
