Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Operations Manager to handle end-to-end retail operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of BTL (Below The Line) activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and handle client-end operations efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of retail and BTL activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• Lead and manage a team of 5 members, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Handle vendor management, including onboarding, negotiation, and coordination.
• Prepare and manage costing and budgeting in alignment with client requirements.
• Ensure quality execution of campaigns and adherence to timelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, BTL activities, or a similar role.

• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team handling and coordination.
• Good understanding of vendor management and costing.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in retail marketing or field operations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
