Job Description
- Clinic Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesHandle patient enquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments and treatments.
- Counsel patients on services, pricing, and packages to drive revenue.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, and scheduling.
- Supervise front-desk and support staff; ensure SOP and service quality adherence.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth daily functioning.
- Track conversions, collections, and prepare basic daily reports.
- Resolve patient issues and maintain a high standard of patient experience.
