Job description

1. Machine Setup:Setting up CNC and VMC machines according to job specifications, including loading necessary tools, fixtures, and materials.
2. Programming Verification: Ensuring that the machine is programmed correctly by verifying the tool paths, speeds, and feeds.
3. Material Loading:** Loading raw materials into the machine and securing them properly for machining.
4. Tool Setup: Installing and adjusting cutting tools in the machine's tool holders, ensuring they are properly calibrated and aligned.
5. Machine Calibration: Performing routine checks and calibrations to ensure the accuracy and precision of the machine's movements.
6. Quality Control: Monitoring machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
7. Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting issues with machine operation, tool wear.
8. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
