Job Title: CNC Setter

Location: Electronic city Phase 2 , Bengaluru

Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up and preparing CNC machines (Turning/Milling/VMC) for production as per drawings and process requirements. Ensures correct tools, programs, and offsets are used to achieve precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines (load programs, tools, jigs, and fixtures).
• Verify part dimensions as per drawings using precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust tool offsets, work coordinates, and cutting parameters as required.
• Perform trial runs and ensure first-off approval before production.
• Maintain machines, tools, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Support operators in running production after setup.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, or Tool & Die Making.
• 1+ years of experience in CNC setup (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC).
• Sound knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, use measuring instruments and GD&T.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
