CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines (VMC) using CAM software or manual G-code.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
• Optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in VMC programming and setup.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Understanding of machining tolerances and surface finishes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
