Job Description
Role:
A Collection Coordinator is responsible for following up on pending payments from customers/clients and maintaining proper records of collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments (calls, emails, messages).
Maintain daily collection reports and payment records.
Coordinate with Accounts & Sales team regarding dues.
Send payment reminders and statements to clients.
Resolve billing or payment-related issues.
Update data in Excel / ERP / Accounting software.
Ensure timely collection to improve company cash flow
