Job Description
- Visit customers at their residence/workplace to recover overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding dues and convince customers to make timely payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans in coordination with the team leader.
- Maintain daily visit reports and collection updates.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance on loan accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal recovery practices.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Submit collected cash/cheques to the office as per process.
